This page sets out the rules that govern your use of Amber Spins. It explains our relationship with you as the operator and the responsibilities we each have when using the site and services. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity that occurs under your login. Keep your password confidential, update your contact details when they change and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts where we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or other breaches of these terms.

We require accurate personal details and may ask for identity documents as part of our verification checks. Until verification is complete, some features including withdrawals may be restricted.

Eligibility requirements

Accounts are available only to individuals who meet the legal age and jurisdiction requirements. You must be 18 or over and located in a jurisdiction where our services are permitted. We do not permit accounts for persons acting on behalf of another or for duplicate accounts. Use of anonymising services such as VPNs to bypass restrictions is not allowed and may lead to account suspension.

Acceptable platform use

You must use the platform lawfully and not interfere with normal operation of the site. Prohibited conduct includes collusion, using automated play tools, chargeback fraud, attempting to manipulate game outcomes and abusive behaviour towards staff or other players. We reserve the right to withhold funds and close accounts where we reasonably suspect misuse.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions and welcome offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply in addition to these general rules. Where a promotion applies, details such as qualifying deposits, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits and expiry periods will be published with the offer. Winnings from bonus funds will only be withdrawn once any attached wagering requirements and conditions are met.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept a range of payment methods. Typical minimum deposit amounts start at £10 for most card and e-wallet methods, with higher limits for bank transfers. Example ranges include £10 - £5,000 for cards and e-wallets and £20 - £10,000 for bank transfers. We do not normally charge transaction fees, but your payment provider may do so.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Typical times are: debit cards 1 - 3 days, e-wallets within 24 hours and bank transfers 3 - 5 days. All withdrawals are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks which may delay processing. We may apply limits to withdrawals in line with responsible gambling checks and anti-money laundering obligations.

Dispute resolution

Updates to terms and conditions
